Private Group Training

    Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:30pm-8:30 pm( currently occupied)

  • Two - 1 hour Session per week

    Includes : P&R WELLNESS FitKit, 1 Nutrition menu , and complete FitPro profile assessment

  • Mandatory Pre-Service Consultation: $65

    2 Sessions per Week (8-10 sessions)starting at : $195/month

  • All prices are subject to change. There will be no refunds or transfers of funds for scheduled time.

  • 12 Sessions per Month at 3 Sessions per Week

    (Sessions provided in trainer’s home studio)

    Includes: Workout Plan, Weight and Measurement Monitoring, 12-Week Nutrition Menu, FitPro Profile Assessment, P&R Wellness FitKit, and Online Training for inclement weather.

  • Mandatory Pre-Service Consultation: $65

    Starting at $295 Monthly

Personal Training Package 2

  • 8 Session per Month at 2 Sessions per Week

    (in trainers home studio)

    Includes: Workout plans, Weight and Measurement Monitoring , 12-Week Nutrition Menu, FitPro Profile Assessment, Online virtual training for inclement weather, and FitKit lease equipment

  • Private virtual sessions that allow you to achieve a health and body transformation that will limit the occasion of rebounding into unhealthy habits. We offer 2 days per week.

    P&R WELLNESS will supply equipment tools required for virtual training sessions and at home workout assignments for the duration of the training agreements.

    Experience energetic and safe workouts at your fitness level with a live trainer from your home. (Will meet face to face every 90 days for Fit profile goal updates.)

    Includes: Workout Plan, Weight and Measurement Monitoring, and FitKit lease equipment.

    Please Note: ALL Fit Kit will be returned to P&R WELLNESS at end of training agreement)

  • 1 ON 1
